What is JCB ServiceMaster 4 — and what is it for?

The JCB ServiceMaster 4 is the official JCB diagnostic interface for the brand's entire equipment line: backhoe loaders, mini and midi excavators, wheel loaders, Fastrac tractors, telehandlers, articulated dump trucks, compactors, rough terrain forklifts, Dieselmax and Ecomax engines, and JCB generator sets.

With the JCB ServiceMaster 4 (V1.73.3 or V24.09) software, technicians can read and clear fault codes, perform ECU calibrations, set maximum speed programming, reset maintenance intervals, conduct component tests, and perform complete diagnostics of electronic systems — all via the OBD-II CAN protocol over USB.
