Attention — mandatory prior assessment: the feasibility of the exchange depends on the condition of the module sent. Modules with severe electrical damage — internally burned, with destructive short circuits, or physically irreparable components — may not be accepted as exchange credit. In all cases, we assess the condition before closing any negotiation and transparently inform what is possible. Describe the problem history via WhatsApp, and our technical team will analyze it without obligation.
Warranty
All repaired or remanufactured modules come with a 90-day technical warranty from the date of receipt by the customer, in accordance with our Warranty Policy. The warranty covers defects related to the performed repair — it does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, overvoltage in the vehicle, or external electrical problems with the module.
